Life doesn’t always go to plan and sometimes it may feel like you are in constant transition.
And we know, change can be tough or sometimes grueling.
As you venture into the unknown of college, career, gender exploration, interpersonal conflicts or even getting back to “pandemic normal,” I work to help you understand yourself and your surroundings. And, more importantly, I provide tools to develop resiliency. From my perspective, resiliency is one of the most important components of mental health.
I work with adolescents/teens and young adults in the areas of life transitions, adjusting to college, career/job distress, relational issues, self-esteem, depression, and anxiety.
Using a gender affirming approach, I also specialize in working with gender-diverse young people and their parents, assisting in improving communication and support for healthy exploration and transition.
